Go Remy has made me really laugh more than once…

I have shown so many friends these two videos and laughed so much that I must recommend them!

I hope that you enjoy them.

I don't which one is funnier…

This one?

Or this one inspired by Bob Dylan's love song Hey There Delilah?

Shantaram

I am a voracious reader and am always looking for books that touch my heart.

Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts is without a doubt one of those books. The author became a heavy herion addict and as a result commited armed robberies for which he was imprisoned in Australia. After a very lucky escape he finds his way to India where among other things he sets up a clinic in a Bombay slum, falls in with the local Mafia, is imprisoned yet again in horrendous conditions, and then later takes part in the Afghan war.

What is makes this book a classic is that he writes about the human heart with wisdom, true understanding and compassion.

I thoroughly recommend it!!

Natalia Gonzalez did the work on the header above…

If you like what you see I can recommend Natalia to do your graphics,

She was very attentive and understood what I wanted to create and was willing and able to keep up all the small changes until it was the way I wanted it.

She is in Colombia and we communicated in Spanish, however she does have some English. She is more confident with written rather than spoken English.

The price was very fair indeed.

On her blog you will find links to much of her work.

Surf The Channel

Looking for streaming TV shows and Movies?

So far this site has been amazing for us…

They have over 300,000 links available.

One day, I hope sooner rather than later, I guess we will be able to buy/rent movies in the language we want in the country where we live!

Even when I am in UK or US my card address does not allow me to buy or rent from the iTunes store. Boring and frustrating!!

It is no wonder that all the kids just download everything.

The music world seems to have made it easy to buy songs.

Time for the film world to get it together!

It has taken me some months to get back here…

…but from now on I will be posting regularly all the recommendations that I have put by.

Meanwhile today I have joined a new web 2.0 community for financial news, ideas, and tips.

www.tipd.com

The other tip in that vein is a site that I have been reading since September when all the financial convulsions began…astrotabletalk is the name. I find his take on what is happening to be fascinating and I wonder what you think?

Podcast Secrets 2008 can get Your Voice onto the web!

Podcast Secrets 2007 did just that for me…

I learned from Paul Colligan and Alex Mandossian about the Best Practices to use when setting up a podcast, not only on the tech side but also all the different strategies for turning it into a Profitable Podcast.

Podcast Secrets took me from being a Total Newbie to being a Podcaster in Six Short Weeks… and a little bit!

Their "Podcast Monetization Roadmap" worked for me…

Paul Colligan and Alex Mandossian teach in a carefully thought out and well structured manner.
The course is incredibly detailed and carefully laid out in every sense.
They also take the time to answer every single question that members ask.
That has not always been the case on other courses that I have taken.

I realised how well structured it was only after having taken a fair few other courses that were not as thorough.

Since it was my first Teleseminar course, I thought that courses worked like theirs!

Listen to the call on April 2nd 2008  if you wish to learn how to get your voice heard on the web.

  • Do you wish to reach a large audience directly?
  • Are you an author?
  • Do you have information products that you wish to publicize widely?
  • Do you want to offer your expertise using your voice?
  • Do also want to make some money?

Paul Colligan and Alex Mandossian have taken the Podcast concept to new heights because their new and improved system for Podcast Monetization lets you connect directly with your readers and audiences with nothing more than a telephone in your hand!

This means you can promote whatever it is that you have to offer not just in a few cities, but internationally …

Check out the map on my One Thousand and One Nights podcast site.

You can also click on 1001 in the navbar above.

The map is in the right hand column.
I have had visitors from all over the world!
It is Tremendously Exciting to see new countries and visitors appearing on that map!

What You'll Learn on the April 2 call In Just 2 Hours…

The "Podcast Monetization Roadmap" is a
revolutionary concept for selling more books (or info products) through the power of a Podcast and the multi-million dollar buzz that the little iPod device has gotten.
